Primary Purpose The Officer, Marketing and Clinical support, Respiratory is responsible for execution related to product management of Respiratory products and support for clinical activity in his region. Develops and Maintains relationship with all the key Opinion leaders/ users.
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for marketing activities in line with the strategic marketing plan for Respiratory products
• Coordination with sales operation, logistic for activities like demonstration support during the training programs, interaction with the trainees for query resolution on systems, developing relationship with the proctors and team for smooth execution of the programs
• PG Engagement Activities for upcoming experts in the field of Respiratory
• Support to HCP
• Working towards developing new center of excellence sites for activities starting from national level widening it further to regional level
• Developing good relations with users/clinicians
• End to end support to assigned HCPs, managing expectations in line with organizational policies
• Application support for focused HCP oriented initiatives, marketing activities, events and conferences
• Follow up of all leads generated through conferences/workshop etc.
• Maintain fresh graduate data and conduct value added activities for them.
• Maintain good health of demo inventory and allied items.
• Vendor Management for successful conduction of in-house Marketing activities
• Development of brochures, standee, both designs and other marketing collaterals for marketing communication for strategic initiatives, campaigns and activities
• Gather information about key marketing activities done by competitors
• Gather the Information about own products and competitors’ products
• Internal sales training on key products and applications
• Supporting in-house training for Upcoming experts in the field of Respiratory products. Primary Duties
• Plan and execute customer visits, appointments, and product presentations in hospitals and clinics.
• Conduct clinical discussions and product demonstrations aligned with patient care needs.
• Communicate product features, benefits, and appropriate usage clearly and responsibly.
• Support commercial discussions and negotiations in line with organizational policies.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to enhance sales effectiveness.
• Ensure effective utilization of budgets and resources. Inherent Requirements Formal Qualifications
• B.
Sc. (Science) or B.
Tech in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical, Digital Electronics, or Pharma Science Experience
• 3–7 years of experience in medical equipment / capital equipment / surgical industry
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Maintains a professional image that reflects positively on the organization
