Role Description The Google Ads & Paid Media Specialist is a remote, full-time role — day-to-day campaign operations are managed remotely, with in-person strategy sessions roughly once a month (or as scheduled). This is a full-time commitment, not a freelance arrangement: candidates who intend to take this on as a side project, or alongside other full-time work or clients, are asked not to apply. Only immediate joiners will be considered. We're looking for honest, dedicated execution — not a trial run. The specialist will take proactive, end-to-end ownership of the paid media campaign lifecycle: from strategy and multi-platform execution (Google Search, Performance Max, and paid social) through to the technical setup of conversion tracking — and, most importantly, following through and delivering on that plan. Success in this role means translating campaign data into measurable business outcomes — qualified leads and ROI — rather than reporting on surface-level metrics like clicks. A solid track record with US healthcare market clients is a priority, as is the ability to act as an analytical communicator who bridges technical performance marketing with clear, client-facing growth objectives. - Candidates should possess strong hands-on experience managing Google Search and Performance Max campaigns, including bid strategy (manual and automated, e.g. tCPA/tROAS) and campaign structure.
- Candidates should possess experience running and optimizing paid social campaigns (Meta/LinkedIn), building full-funnel, not just top-of-funnel, structures.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with GA4 conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and ideally server-side tracking (CAPI) — able to connect platform data to real business outcomes like leads and ROI, not just clicks.
- Candidates should possess experience managing campaigns for the US market, including comfort coordinating across US time zones.
- Candidates should possess strong ownership instincts — managing the full campaign lifecycle proactively, from strategy through execution to optimization, without needing to be chased.
- Candidates should possess awareness of healthcare-industry advertising compliance (e.g. HIPAA-adjacent considerations) given the agency's US healthcare client base.
- Proficiency in English communication is a must, with the ability to translate technical performance-marketing detail into explicit, outcome-focused updates for clients, and to work collaboratively in a remote team workplace.
