The team member will manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns, including planning, setup, optimization, and reporting. Daily responsibilities include audience research, ad copy and creative collaboration, A/B testing, budget management, and performance analysis across key metrics such as ROAS, CTR, and conversions. The role involves closely coordinating with design, content, and brand teams to ensure ads align with Street Knowledge’s artistic identity and campaign objectives. The individual will also monitor trends in digital advertising, implement best practices,



and propose data-driven strategies to grow brand awareness and sales. Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Experience in paid social media strategies, with a focus on Facebook and Instagram advertising for e-commerce or fashion brands.
• Ability to analyze campaign data, interpret insights, and optimize ads for conversions, engagement, and cost efficiency.
• Skill in collaborating on ad creatives and copy to reflect brand storytelling, visual identity, and audience preferences.
• Understanding of basic digital marketing concepts such as funnels, remarketing, lookalike audiences, and pixel tracking.
• Comfort working on-site in Surat and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Relevant experience in digital advertising; a background in fashion, streetwear, or creative industries is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
