- MEP role at ArcAligned is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The BIM Engineer
- MEP will develop and manage detailed MEP 3D models in BIM platforms, coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems with architectural and structural models, and produce accurate construction and shop drawings. The role involves reviewing design inputs, identifying clashes, and collaborating with project teams to resolve coordination issues. Daily responsibilities include maintaining model standards, ensuring data accuracy, supporting preconstruction activities,



and assisting in visualization and documentation for project stakeholders. The BIM Engineer
- MEP will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to support efficient project delivery. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM), including experience with relevant BIM software and workflows.
• Candidates should possess skills in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems design and coordination within BIM environments.
• Candidates should possess skills in Construction Drawings, including reading, interpreting, and producing detailed documentation for in office execution.
• Candidates should possess knowledge in Architecture and Civil Engineering, with an understanding of how MEP systems integrate with structural and architectural elements.
• Relevant experience in BIM/VDC for AEC projects, preferably 2–4 years in MEP modeling and coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM coordination software.
• Solid attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and capability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Effective communication skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving BIM/VDC standards and practices.
