We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who enjoys conversations, understands how to open current business opportunities, and can build interest among relevant prospects through structured outbound efforts. What You’ll Be Doing
• Build a list of relevant accounts and identify the right people to reach out to.
• Start conversations with potential customers through calls, LinkedIn, and email.
• Understand prospect needs and identify whether JOP could be relevant for their organization.
• Book qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Stay on top of follow-ups and keep conversations moving.
• Keep CRM records updated with lead activity, notes, and next steps.




• Work with the sales and marketing teams to test and improve outreach approaches. What We’re Looking For
• 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, inside sales, or lead generation.
• Hands-on experience with outbound calling and prospecting.
• Good spoken and written communication skills.
• Confidence in speaking with managers, HR leaders, and business decision-makers.
• Ability to research accounts and understand who the right stakeholders are.
• Comfortable working with targets, follow-ups, and a sales pipeline.
• Someone who is persistent, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of their numbers. Good to Have
• Experience working with a SaaS or B2B software company.
• Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
