We're Hiring: Social Media Manager to lead the social presence and organic US growth of two handcrafted home and lifestyle brands. ? In-office, Jaipur | Full-time ? Mon–Sat, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM ? US Market

What you'll do
1. Social Media Strategy:
-
• Build and run the social strategy for both brands across Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook and more.
• Own the content calendar, posting schedule and planning.
• Stay ahead of US trends, formats and algorithms. 2. Content Strategy & Execution:
• Plan Reels, carousels, Stories, Pins and static posts.
• Spot trending hooks, sounds and visual styles for US audiences.
• Work with designers, editors and creators to keep a steady pipeline. 3. Team Management:
• Lead and mentor the social media/content team.
• Set priorities, review work and give clear feedback.
• Keep coordination smooth with other departments. 4. Community Management:
• Manage comments, DMs and audience conversations.
• Build an engaged community around both brands.
• Turn audience feedback into stronger engagement. 5. Influencer & Creator Collabs:
• Find, onboard and manage US influencers and UGC creators.
• Run gifting, collaboration and affiliate programs.
• Explore Amazon Creator Connections,



LTK and Amazon Associates. 6. Performance & Reporting:
• Track reach, engagement, followers, traffic and conversions.
• Test formats, hooks, creatives and posting strategies.
• Share regular performance reports with management. What we're looking for
-
• 3–5 years in social media management, ideally with a US-facing D2C, eCommerce, lifestyle or home décor brand.
• Influencer and affiliate marketing, US audience know-how, and a home décor or fashion background.
• Experience leading a social/content team and coordinating multiple creative resources.
• Solid grasp of short-form video, Reels, UGC and social-first creative, with data-led decision making.
• Excellent written and spoken English; highly organised across multiple workstreams. Tools & Platforms
- Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Canva, CapCut, LTK, Amazon Creator Connections, Amazon Associates, analytics and scheduling tools.
