Role Description The Sales Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves planning and executing sales and marketing activities to promote Mudico Energy’s transformers and related products, including identifying target markets, generating leads, and nurturing client relationships. The Sales Marketing Executive will conduct market research, prepare presentations and proposals, coordinate product demonstrations, and follow up on inquiries to convert prospects into customers. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate sales records, collaborating with technical and operations teams,



supporting marketing campaigns and events, and providing feedback from the market to guide product positioning and strategy. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and implement effective promotional and growth strategies.
• Candidates should possess solid Market Research skills to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills to manage the sales cycle, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue targets.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact with clients, prepare clear proposals, and collaborate with internal teams.
• Experience in industrial or electrical equipment sales is highly beneficial, particularly in transformers or power systems.
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple opportunities, and travel locally for client meetings as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with basic proficiency in office productivity tools and CRM software.
