Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Laboratory Technician role based in Punawale (Pune
- Mumbai Highway). The Laboratory Technician will perform routine and specialized tests across multiple disciplines such as microbiology, biochemistry, haematology, molecular biology, and hygiene monitoring, following established protocols and standard operating procedures. Responsibilities include preparing samples and reagents, operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, accurately recording data, and assisting in the interpretation and reporting of test results. The role involves adhering to quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe laboratory environment,



and collaborating with the scientific team to ensure timely and reliable diagnostic services for veterinary clients. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong laboratory skills, including sample handling, preparation, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Candidates should be proficient in using and maintaining laboratory equipment relevant to microbiology, biochemistry, haematology, and related testing.
• Candidates should demonstrate solid analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate data recording, result validation, and problem-solving.
• Candidates should have experience in quality control practices to ensure reliability, consistency, and compliance with laboratory standards.
• Candidates should have prior experience or training as laboratory technicians in veterinary, biomedical, or related laboratory settings.
• Diploma DMLT or veterinary science, microbiology, biochemistry, biotechnology, or a related field is preferred.
• Robust organizational skills, ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and commitment to safety and biosecurity protocols.
• Basic computer skills for data entry, report generation, and use of laboratory information systems or related applications.
