Role Description The Senior Product Design Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bawal. The role involves leading the design and development of mechanical components and filtration products, from concept through production release. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and reviewing CAD models and drawings, coordinating with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, quality, and sourcing), and ensuring designs meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements. The engineer will manage design changes, support product validation and testing, troubleshoot technical issues from the shop floor, and contribute to cost, reliability,



and efficiency improvements. The role also includes mentoring junior engineers, maintaining design documentation, and collaborating with global stakeholders to align with company standards and customer expectations. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering, with the ability to apply engineering principles to design and product development.
• Demonstrated expertise in Design Engineering and Product Design for mechanical or filtration-related products.
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and related software used for 3D modeling and engineering documentation mainly in Creo and UG.
• Experience in end-to-end Product Development, including concept design, prototyping, validation, and industrialization.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in automotive or industrial machinery sectors, preferably in filtration or fluid systems, is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret and apply relevant standards and customer specifications, and to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to take ownership of projects and mentor colleagues.
