Digital Marketing Specialist – B2B Lead Generation & Meta Ads

About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist who can support international buyer acquisition for our fashion manufacturing and export business while helping launch and grow our upcoming D2C fashion brand. The ideal candidate must have practical experience in both B2B lead generation through LinkedIn and email outreach, and paid advertising on Instagram and Facebook through Meta Ads Manager. The initial focus will be international B2B buyer acquisition, with D2C marketing responsibilities expanding as our brand launches.

Key Responsibilities
B2B Lead Generation & Export Marketing
• Research and identify relevant international fashion brands, retailers, importers, and potential buyers.
• Find the right decision-makers and build accurate, verified business contact databases.
• Plan and execute targeted LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns.
• Manage buyer follow-ups, nurture prospects, and generate qualified enquiries and business meetings.
• Develop outreach messages and email sequences tailored to different buyer segments.
• Maintain CRM records, track the lead pipeline, and report on responses, qualified leads, and meetings generated. Meta Ads & D2C Digital Marketing
• Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Instagram and Facebook through Meta Ads Manager.
• Handle audience research, targeting, retargeting, campaign budgets, and performance monitoring.
• Test ad creatives, copy, and audiences to improve campaign performance.
• Coordinate content, ad creatives, and landing-page requirements with designers and other partners.
• Support Instagram content planning, social media growth, influencer partnerships, and brand collaborations.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, GA4,



and UTM links, with technical support where required.
• Track relevant campaign metrics, including cost per lead, cost per acquisition, conversions, and return on ad spend. Requirements
• Hands-on experience in both B2B lead generation and Meta advertising is essential.
• Experience using LinkedIn and email outreach to identify, engage, and follow up with business prospects.
• Ability to research relevant buyers and decision-makers and use contact research and email verification tools.
• Practical experience managing campaigns within Meta Ads Manager, beyond boosting social media posts.
• Understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, budget management, and campaign testing.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing tools, and email deliverability basics.
• Ability to interpret campaign data and turn findings into clear actions.
• Robust written communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Fashion, apparel, manufacturing, export, or e-commerce experience is preferred. Who We’re Looking For You should be proactive, organized, and comfortable taking campaigns from planning to execution and reporting. You should understand how B2B buyer acquisition differs from consumer marketing and be able to adapt your approach to each. Success in this role will be measured through qualified buyer enquiries, meetings generated, and improvements in paid campaign performance as the D2C brand launches.
