Our collections include maxi dresses, midi dresses, mini dresses, co-ord sets, kurtis, and modern Indo-Western outfits. We are looking for an experienced, creative, and commercially driven Senior Fashion Designer who understands the women’s fashion market and can independently develop collections that are both trend-forward and commercially successful.

Key Responsibilities
1. Fashion Design & Collection Development
• Independently conceptualize and develop new collections for women’s western and Indo-Western wear.
• Design maxi dresses, midi dresses, mini dresses, co-ord sets, kurtis, and other contemporary silhouettes.
• Create fresh designs aligned with current fashion trends and customer preferences.
• Develop commercially viable designs suitable for large-scale production. 2. Trend Research & Market Understanding
• Stay updated with Indian and international women’s fashion trends.
• Research emerging silhouettes, prints, patterns, fabrics, colours, and styling trends.
• Understand customer preferences and translate market insights into sellable designs.
• Analyse competitor collections and identify new product opportunities. 3. Fabric, Print & Colour Expertise
• Possess strong knowledge of fabrics, textures, drapes, and garment construction.
• Develop attractive print concepts, colour combinations, and seasonal palettes.
• Select appropriate fabrics based on design, comfort, cost, and commercial viability.
• Understand digital prints, surface patterns, and fabric suitability. 4.



Product Development & Sampling
• Convert design concepts into production-ready garments.
• Work closely with pattern masters, sampling teams, and production departments.
• Oversee garment fitting, measurements, finishing, and overall product quality.
• Identify and resolve design-related issues during sampling and production. 5. Commercial Fashion Understanding
• Understand the balance between creativity, production cost, selling price, and customer demand.
• Develop designs with strong commercial potential rather than focusing only on aesthetics.
• Study bestselling products and incorporate relevant insights into future collections.
• Continuously introduce fresh, market-relevant designs. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in women’s fashion design.
• Strong expertise in western wear, dresses, and Indo-Western fashion.
• Excellent understanding of fabrics, garment construction, silhouettes, prints, and colour combinations.
• Proven experience in independently developing fashion collections.
• Practical knowledge of sampling, fittings, and production processes.
• Ability to identify trends and translate them into commercially successful products.
• Strong creative vision with attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with manufacturing and production teams.




• Fashion Design degree or diploma preferred; proven industry experience and portfolio are more significant.
