The company expanded into B2C in 2011 to meet the growing travel needs of India’s middle class and further entered the B2E segment in 2013 to provide end-to-end travel solutions for corporate clients Role Description The Ticketing (Implant) role at EaseMyTrip.com is a full-time, in office position based in Noida. The individual in this role will handle end-to-end domestic and international ticketing, including flight reservations, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds, while ensuring adherence to airline policies and company guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer queries, providing fare options, issuing tickets through reservation systems, and coordinating with airlines and internal teams to resolve booking-related issues. The role involves assisting corporate and retail customers with itinerary planning, maintaining accurate records of transactions, and achieving ticket sales targets.



The person will also support continuous improvement of ticketing processes and contribute to a high standard of customer experience. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Ticket Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet targets and optimize revenue opportunities.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to handle queries, manage expectations, and build long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess solid Reservations experience, including knowledge of airline reservation systems, fare rules, and booking procedures.
• Relevant experience in travel agencies, online travel companies, or corporate travel desks is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of GDS or other booking platforms, domestic and international airfare structures, and airline regulations is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment are important.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in travel and tourism, hospitality, business, or a related field is an advantage.
