The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and integrating Dynamics 365 solutions to support business requirements and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Configure and customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and workflows.
• Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflows, actions, and integrations.
• Implement and optimize the Dynamics 365 security model, including roles, teams, and field-level security.
• Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using APIs, Azure services, and middleware platforms.
• Support data migration, deployment, testing, and production releases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while ensuring best practices and coding standards.




• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions. Required Skills Must Have
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Expertise in:
• Dynamics 365 Concepts (Schema, Relationships, Form Customization)
• JavaScript
• Plugins
• Custom Workflows & Actions
• Security Model
• Integrations (REST APIs, Web Services, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and/or Customer Service modules.
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture and customization. Good to Have Skills Candidates should possess experience in at least two of the following:
• Azure Functions
• Azure Application Insights
• Power BI
• Data Migration
• Power Apps Canvas Apps
• Power Automate
• Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Development.
• Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
