Role Description The Education Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Education Consultant will guide working professionals in selecting appropriate courses, certifications, and skill-building programs aligned with their career goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, understanding client profiles and aspirations, recommending tailored learning pathways, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and outcomes. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to refine program offerings,



providing clear information about educational options, and ensuring a high standard of client service and follow-up. The consultant is expected to contribute to continuous improvement in counseling processes and support outreach or information sessions as needed. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Educational Consulting and Education-related skills, with the ability to understand diverse learning pathways and career trajectories.
• Candidates should possess Consulting and advisory skills, including the ability to assess needs, recommend solutions, and build trust with clients.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to conduct clear, empathetic, and structured counseling sessions.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Relevant experience in career counseling, academic advising, or professional development services is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple client cases, and use digital tools for documentation and communication.
