Key Responsibilities
• Design high-quality creatives for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, advertisements, and branding materials.
• Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Design eye-catching social media posts, carousels, stories, thumbnails, and marketing creatives.
• Create and edit Instagram Reels, promotional videos, corporate videos, and other short-form video content.
• Develop engaging motion graphics, animated visuals, and video effects for marketing campaigns.
• Conceptualise creative campaigns that enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, HR, and Business Development teams on promotional campaigns, recruitment creatives, and corporate branding.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital and offline communication materials.
• Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, motion graphics techniques, and social media content formats. Required Skills
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator,



Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut.
• Hands-on experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and professional video editing.
• Expertise in creating social media creatives, Instagram Reels, promotional videos, and animated content.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of current social media trends and content formats.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Robust creativity, communication skills, and attention to detail. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, and Video Editing.
