• Provide end-to-end administrative support throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Finalizing and advertising job requisitions
• Prepare standardized employment contracts, offer letters and recruitment documentation.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and standard candidate communications.
• Support recruiters and hiring managers with administrative recruiting activities.




• Execute pre-boarding activities and maintain recruitment documentation.
• Process recruitment-related tickets within agreed SLAs. This is what you bring to us:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in PO Administration or a Shared Services workplace.
• Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Very strong English communication skills (written and spoken) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Customer-focused, collaborative and process-oriented mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement and compliance with global processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality and data quality.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to adapt
