We're Hiring: Senior Manager – Internal Audit (IT) ?

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead IT audit assignments, assess technology and information security controls, identify risks, and recommend improvements in line with internal audit methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute IT audits as per the annual audit plan and audit methodology.
• Conduct IT general controls (ITGC) and application control reviews.
• Assess cybersecurity, data privacy, logical access, IT infrastructure, network, SOC, DLP, and third-party vendor controls.
• Review business continuity and disaster recovery (BCP/DR), backup, and system maintenance controls.
• Prepare audit programs, Risk Control Matrices (RCMs), audit working papers, findings, and reports.
• Identify control gaps and recommend practical, value-added improvements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, track audit observations,



and ensure timely closure of action items.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
• Required Skills & Experience
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in IT Audit / Information Systems Audit.
• Strong understanding of IT controls, information security, and cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of on-premises and cloud environments, IT networks, operating systems, databases, SOC, and DLP.
• Experience with SDLC, BCP/DR, and audit documentation.
• Solid analytical, communication, report-writing, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to automation and AI-based tools is preferred.
