About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Oracle Financials Functional Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and support of Oracle Financials modules for our clients and internal stakeholders. You’ll work closely with finance teams, technical developers, and project managers to turn business requirements into scalable ERP solutions. This hybrid role is based in Bengaluru and combines in-office collaboration with flexible remote work.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end implementation, upgrade, and rollout projects for Oracle Financials (Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or E-Business Suite R12), from requirement gathering through go-live and hypercare.
• Configure and support core financial modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and Expenses.
• Run requirement workshops with business users and translate finance processes (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report) into functional designs.
• Prepare functional documentation such as BR100/configuration workbooks, MD050/functional specifications, solution design documents, and test scripts.
• Work with technical teams on RICEW/RICEFW objects (reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, workflows) and data migration.
• Plan and run testing cycles (CRP, SIT, UAT), and help resolve defects.
• Provide production support, analyze root causes,



and resolve incidents and service requests within SLAs.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities, reconciliations, and period close troubleshooting.
• Evaluate quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, run regression testing, and advise stakeholders on current features.
• Train end users and create user guides and knowledge base articles. Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CA, CMA, ICWA, or MBA (Finance) is a plus.
• 5+ years of hands-on functional experience in Oracle Financials, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
• Strong configuration experience in GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM.
• Working knowledge of Subledger Accounting (SLA), Tax (including Indian GST and TDS localization), multi-org and multi-currency setups, and intercompany accounting.
• Familiarity with FBDI, ADFdi, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Financial Reporting Studio (for Fusion Cloud).
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and finance business processes.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with business stakeholders and global teams. Preferred Qualifications
• Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud certification (Implementation Specialist).
• Experience with Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud migration projects.
• Exposure to related modules such as Procurement, Projects (PPM), or EPM/FCCS.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
• Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Oracle SR management.
