Role Description The Bespoke Fashion Designer will be responsible for designing custom garments for a diverse clientele, interpreting client preferences and body measurements into detailed design concepts and patterns. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients, sketching designs, selecting fabrics and trims, collaborating closely with master tailors, and overseeing fittings and alterations to ensure exceptional fit and finish. The role also involves staying current with fashion trends, contributing to style recommendations for complete wardrobe solutions, and maintaining accurate project timelines and records. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India,



requiring regular coordination with the in-house design and tailoring teams. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in fashion design, garment construction, and patternmaking, with a focus on bespoke and made-to-measure clothing.
• Candidates should possess skills in fabric selection, color and texture coordination, and styling for diverse body types and occasions.
• Candidates should possess skills in client consultation, communication, and understanding customer requirements to translate ideas into tangible designs.
• Candidates should possess skills in measurement taking, fitting supervision, and quality control to ensure precise tailoring and finishing.
• Candidates should possess skills in trend research, fashion illustration, and basic digital tools (e.g., design software or CAD) to support modern design workflows.
• Diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field is preferred; relevant professional experience in bespoke or luxury tailoring is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, manage multiple client orders, and collaborate effectively with designers, tailors, and operations staff.
• Attention to detail, commitment to customer satisfaction, and a portfolio demonstrating custom design work are strongly desirable.
