Careers/UX Designer Intern Design Hyderabad, IndiaInternship UX Designer Intern Posted May 18, 2026 About This Role We're building world-class products. We need a designer who thinks that way, today, and in 10 years. Who We're Looking For A passionate, design-thinking-first designer who starts with the problem, not the pixels. You understand people, you sweat the details, and you believe excellent design is the difference between a product people tolerate and one they love. You want a career in design, not just an internship.

What You'll Do
• Lead design thinking workshops and problem framing sessions alongside product and leadership.
• Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes, from whiteboard to dev handoff in Figma.
• Run user research: interviews, usability tests, surveys — and translate findings into sharp design decisions.
• Design website pages and landing experiences optimized for clarity, conversion, and craft.
• Create marketing design assets, social, email, banners, campaign visuals, that feel intentional at every pixel.
• Map user journeys, define personas, and surface insights that reshape how we build.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system, components, patterns, and standards that scale. What You Bring
• Design thinking as a practice — empathise, define, ideate, prototype, test. You don't skip steps.
• Figma mastery — components, variants, auto layout, prototyping, and clean handoff specs.
• A portfolio that shows your thinking, not just your output. Case studies over pretty pictures.
• Visual craft — strong instincts for typography, hierarchy, colour, and spatial composition.

• User research fluency — you know how to ask the right questions and what to do with the answers.
• Cross-functional communication — you can present design rationale clearly to engineers, PMs, and execs.
• Relentless curiosity — you study design the way athletes study their sport. What You Get
• Work that ships — real products, real users, real portfolio material.
• Mentorship from senior designers who care about craft as much as you do.
• Ownership — not a support role. You'll lead design on real initiatives.
• A front-row seat to how world-class products are built from the ground up after the completion of this internship. Ready to Apply? Takes less than 2 minutes.
