Role Description The Guest Relations Associate is a full time, on-site role based at Aldovia Resort & Convention in Bengaluru. This role involves welcoming guests on arrival, assisting with check-in and check-out, and ensuring all guests feel supported throughout their stay. The Guest Relations Associate responds to inquiries, manages reservations and booking changes, coordinates with front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage teams, and handles guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate guest records, providing information about resort facilities and events,



promoting services and experiences, and upholding Aldovia’s standards of hospitality and service excellence. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Guest Services and Guest Service skills focused on creating warm, efficient, and memorable experiences.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to address guest needs, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Candidates should possess Reservations skills, including managing bookings, modifications, and special requests accurately and efficiently.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact clearly with guests and colleagues.
• Prior experience in hotels, resorts, or hospitality-focused roles is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required by event and guest needs.
• Professional appearance, attention to detail, and a calm, empathetic approach in high-traffic or high-pressure situations.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with property management or reservation systems are beneficial.
• A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
