About the Company
We are a fast-growing US healthcare technology firm delivering AI-enabled virtual care programs—including Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), Principal Care Management (PCM), and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM)—to specialty clinics across the United States. We operate our revenue cycle management in-house, supported by high-performing teams across the US and India. Role SummaryWe are expanding our in-house billing operations and looking for an experienced Billing Manager to lead our Accounts Receivable (AR) team. In this role, you will hold end-to-end ownership of your assigned clinic portfolio's AR operations—including payment posting, claim follow-up, denials, complex appeals, and timely-filing mitigation. This is a hands-on leadership position. You will maintain active oversight of aging claims, step in to resolve complex denials, and convert recurring issues into sustainable, system-driven process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
1. AR & Portfolio Ownership
• Manage payment posting and AR lifecycle across assigned clinics, overseeing posting accuracy, aging, collections, denials, and write-off risks.
• Generate, allocate, and review weekly AR worklists by clinic and payer, prioritizing accounts by dollar balance, age, and timely-filing limits to eliminate write-off risks.
• Determine next-action strategies for denied claims, approve appeal submissions, and review structured write-off recommendations with supporting documentation. 2. Team Leadership & Coaching
• Lead day-to-day operations through daily huddles, 1-on-1 performance reviews,

and ongoing mentorship.
• Define, monitor, and enforce individual productivity and quality benchmarks, conducting weekly audits on each team member's work.
• Drive hiring, onboarding, and training programs covering payer guidelines, standard operating procedures, and specialized virtual care billing rules. 3. Process Optimization & Reporting
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for payment posting, AR follow-up, denials, and appeals.
• Analyze denial patterns across payers, clinics, and CARC/RARC codes; partner with Submission and Eligibility/Verification teams to address root causes.
• Prepare and present weekly KPI scorecards tracking AR aging, gross/net collections, denial rates, audit quality, and team productivity.
• Escalate clinic-level blockers to US RCM leadership and maintain alignment across cross-functional operations. Key Performance Indicators (What Success Looks Like)
• Continuous quarter-over-quarter reduction in >90 day AR aging.
• Zero claims lost to timely-filing limits.
• 100% adherence to weekly worklist completion with documented action plans on every open claim.

• Consistent team delivery of target productivity metrics with a minimum 98% quality audit score.
• Stable team retention and operational autonomy. Required Qualifications & Experience
•

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent practical experience.
•

Experience:
8–12 years in US medical billing / RCM, including 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role leading an AR team.
• Domain Expertise: Extensive knowledge of CMS-1500 professional claims, ERA/EOB interpretation, COB guidelines, corrected claims, and payer appeal protocols.
• Payer & Code Proficiency: Strong command over Medicare and commercial payer rules, timely-filing deadlines, CARC/RARC codes, CPT/ICD-10 coding, modifiers, and NCCI edits.
• Niche Billing (Preferred): Prior experience in physician-practice billing or virtual care services (RPM, CCM, PCM, RTM) is an advantage.
• Certifications (Preferred): CPB, CRCR, or CPC credential is a plus.
• Core

Skills:
Advanced proficiency with MS Excel/data dashboards, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent verbal and written English communication skills for working with US stakeholders. Why Join Us?
• Work directly on a modern, proprietary RCM technology platform.
• Build expertise in high-growth, cutting-edge healthcare sectors (RPM, CCM, PCM, and RTM).
• Rapid career progression in an expanding organization with direct exposure to executive leadership.
• A cooperative, high-trust work culture committed to strict data security and HIPAA compliance.
