Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Varanasi, responsible for driving growth and expanding RohtasEdu’s reach. Day-to-day activities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building relationships with educational institutions, partners, and clients. The role involves managing accounts, conducting meetings and presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to design solutions that meet client needs.



The Business Development Executive will also track performance metrics, prepare reports, and contribute ideas to improve sales processes and market positioning. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and convert prospects into long-term partners.
• Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to oversee client relationships, negotiate agreements, and ensure service satisfaction.
• Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to conduct presentations, hold client discussions, and coordinate effectively with internal teams.
• Experience in the education or training sector, sales, or business development is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Varanasi, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:
7,000 Per month + Incentives Office Timing: 09:30AM to 6:00 PM
