Key responsibilities
Recruitment configuration
• Gather hiring requirements and configure requisitions, approval workflows, application forms, candidate stages and hiring workflows within the client’s licensed UKG Ready capabilities.
• Configure recruiting communications, notifications, access permissions and the candidate-to-employee handoff, coordinating with HR and onboarding stakeholders.
• Validate recruitment scenarios from requisition creation through candidate selection and hiring; troubleshoot workflow, access and data issues. Performance Management configuration
• Translate appraisal policies into review templates, review cycles, goals, competencies, rating scales, weightings and approval workflows, as supported by the client’s setup.
• Configure participant eligibility, employee and manager review steps, reminders and permissions; validate reviewer assignments and completion tracking.
• Test performance review calculations, workflow routing, visibility and reporting against agreed business scenarios. Implementation and consulting
• Conduct client workshops, document requirements and recommend practical HR process improvements.
• Own configuration workbooks, test scripts, UAT support, defect resolution, deployment readiness and handover documentation.
• Coordinate data preparation, imports and integration requirements with technical teams; validate data and reports across the two modules.
• Deliver administrator and end-user training and provide support during go-live and stabilization. Required experience and skills
• 4–8 years of relevant UKG implementation experience,



with demonstrable hands-on configuration experience in UKG Ready Recruitment and Performance Management.
• Ability to independently explain and demonstrate configuration decisions and personal delivery responsibilities across both modules.
• Experience across the implementation lifecycle, including requirements, configuration, testing, UAT, go-live and hypercare.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, appraisal cycles, goal setting, competencies and manager and employee self-service.
• Solid client communication, analytical skills, documentation and ownership of deliverables. Preferred qualificationsUKG Ready training or certification relevant to the role; consulting or implementation partner experience; exposure to Core HR, onboarding, reporting and HR system integrations. Working expectationsWork directly with client stakeholders and coordinate with the India delivery team. Be available for US client meetings and project activities at agreed times. • Specify the exact UKG product and modules worked on, with years of experience in each required module.
• Summarize relevant implementation projects, phases delivered and configuration personally owned. Clearly distinguish implementation work from production support or end-user administration.
• Include current and expected compensation, notice period, earliest joining date, current location and availability for US client calls.
• Confirm HR screening status and provide a brief assessment of module fit and communication skills. Candidates must demonstrate implementation and configuration ownership in the required modules. Support or end-user experience alone does not meet the role requirements.
