Role Description The Unit Manager will oversee a sales unit, guiding and supporting team members in achieving business targets for life insurance products in the Thalassery market. Day-to-day responsibilities include recruiting and mentoring advisors, monitoring performance, driving sales activities, and ensuring high-quality customer service and policy servicing. The role involves implementing sales strategies, conducting regular reviews and training sessions,



and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Unit Manager will collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and enhance customer experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thalassery. Qualifications
• Strong sales and business development skills, with the ability to meet and exceed unit targets.
• Experience in team leadership, including mentoring, performance management, and training of advisors or sales personnel.
• Customer service and relationship management skills, with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering suitable insurance solutions.
• Knowledge of life insurance products, financial planning concepts, and basic regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in local language and English preferred.
• Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment and maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in finance, insurance, or business is an advantage. Selection Process
