Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chamoli. The specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to promote RK Green Energy’s solar products and services, with a focus on brand visibility and lead generation. Daily responsibilities include managing social media channels, creating and scheduling content, monitoring campaign performance, and using web analytics tools to refine strategies. The role involves coordinating online marketing activities, such as email campaigns and search engine promotions,



and maintaining consistent brand messaging across platforms. The specialist will collaborate closely with sales and leadership teams to align digital initiatives with business objectives and support growth in the renewable energy market. Qualifications
• Robust skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience planning and executing integrated campaigns.
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content creation, community management, and platform-specific strategies.
• Ability to work with Web Analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance and user engagement.
• Effective Communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and audience-focused messaging.
• Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation platforms is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
