Role Description The International Business Development Executive will work full time on-site at the Ahmedabad office, driving global business growth for Unified Brainz Virtuoso Ltd. This role involves identifying and evaluating international markets, conducting market research, and generating qualified leads across regions. The Executive will build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, prepare proposals and presentations, and support negotiations to close business opportunities. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs, tracking market trends and competitor activities, and reporting on pipeline, performance,



and revenue targets. The role also requires participation in meetings, events, and networking activities to strengthen the company’s international presence. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in International Business Development and International Business to identify opportunities and manage global client relationships.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze industries, competitors, and trends in international markets.
• Candidates should possess Communication skills to present solutions, negotiate, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills to build and manage a robust pipeline of international prospects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Business, Marketing, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably with exposure to international clients or consulting services.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and relationship-management abilities, with a results-oriented and ethical approach.
• Comfort working in a structured, on-site environment in Ahmedabad, with proficiency in standard business software and CRM tools.
