Role Description:
- This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Guwahati. The Sales Manager will oversee all sales activities, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities in flavours solution in the given geographical area. The role involves meeting with clients, understanding their product requirements, presenting solutions.



Collaborating with internal teams such as product development and operations to ensure timely delivery. The Sales Manager will also prepare presentation and reports for Senior Leadership. This position includes regular client visits and product demonstrations thereby maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications:
- 6+yrs of robust sales and business development skills in Flavour Trade. Experience in account management and customer relationship management, preferably within FMCG, food & beverages, or related industries. Proficiency in communication and presentation skills to engage clients and internal stakeholders effectively. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is beneficial. Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to work on-site and travel within the region as needed.
