Responsibilities This role play a key role in coordinating land acquisition, obtaining necessary permits, and ensuring compliance with all relevant authorities.
• Lead and manage the land acquisition process for power projects.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on land acquisition strategies and legal compliance.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and productive land acquisition.
• Manage relationships with landowners, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to land acquisition.
• Prepare and review legal documents, agreements, and contracts related to land acquisition.
• Resolve any issues or disputes related to land acquisition.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all land acquisition activities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
