• 2 to 4 years of experience in branding, marketing, creative coordination, project management, or a closely related role
• Strong understanding of design aesthetics, layouts, typography, visual hierarchy, and branding sufficient to review and guide creative work The ideal candidate should be comfortable coordinating with creative teams, managing multiple projects, contributing ideas, and taking ownership from brief to final execution. A solid understanding of design, creativity, branding, and visual communication is essential.
• Experience working in healthcare, hospitals,



healthcare communications, advertising, branding, or creative agencies
• Experience coordinating cross-functional creative projects from brief through final execution
• Experience presenting creative concepts and ideas to management or senior stakeholders
• Experience tracking and reporting on branding or marketing campaign performance metrics
• Experience staying current with trends in digital communication, social media, and creative marketing, ideally within healthcare
