Role Description The Junior Information Technology Executive will support day-to-day IT operations for the Ahmedabad site, ensuring smooth functioning of systems, networks, and user devices. Responsibilities include providing technical support to internal users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues, and escalating complex problems when necessary. The role involves assisting with network administration tasks, system updates,



backups, and security measures, as well as maintaining IT documentation and asset records. The executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support engineering operations, coordinate with vendors when required, and contribute to the implementation of IT policies and best practices. This is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to resolve user and system issues efficiently.
• Candidates should possess skills in Network Administration and IT Operations to maintain stable, secure, and well-documented infrastructure.
