We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to oversee in office construction activities, coordinate with contractors and project teams, and ensure that construction work meets the required quality, safety, and timeline standards. Job SummaryThe Civil Engineer will be responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities across residential projects, monitoring work progress, ensuring adherence to approved drawings and specifications, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and maintaining quality and safety standards at project sites.

Key Responsibilities
1. Site Supervision & Execution
• Supervise daily construction activities for villas, independent homes, and residential developments.
• Ensure construction work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor labour productivity and contractor performance at the site.
• Identify site-level issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution. 2. Quality Control
• Ensure the quality of construction materials and workmanship meets project standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify deviations from approved plans.
• Monitor concrete work, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and other civil activities.
• Ensure corrective actions are taken wherever quality issues are identified. 3. Project Planning & Progress Monitoring
• Track daily and weekly construction progress against project timelines.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
• Coordinate material requirements to avoid construction delays.
• Escalate project delays, technical issues, and resource requirements to management.



4. Contractor & Vendor Coordination
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and consultants.
• Monitor work allocation and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Verify material deliveries and coordinate site requirements.
• Assist in checking contractor measurements and work completion records. 5. Safety & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and applicable construction standards.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and safe working conditions at the project site.
• Support inspections and ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings and applicable regulations. Required Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in residential construction projects.
• Practical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution.
• Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, and civil drawings.
• Knowledge of quality control, quantity estimation, and site documentation.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD. Required Skills
• Strong site supervision and coordination skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple construction activities simultaneously.
• A proactive approach to resolving site-related challenges. Preferred Candidate Profile
• Candidates with experience in villas, independent houses, and residential real estate projects will be preferred.
• Must be comfortable working at construction sites and travelling between project locations when required.
