Job Description
The CCR (Central Control Room) Shift Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the operations within the Central Control Room during assigned shifts. This role involves ensuring the seamless coordination of various processes related to production, quality control, and safety. The Shift Incharge will monitor real-time data, manage communication across departments, and ensure adherence to operational protocols. You will lead a team of operators, provide training, and foster a culture of safety and efficiency. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the CCR operations during the designated shift.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor real-time production metrics and address any discrepancies immediately.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.
- Conduct regular training sessions for CCR staff to maintain high operational standards.




- Generate and analyze reports related to production efficiency and incidents.
- Facilitate effective communication between shifts and different departments to ensure continuity.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance. Skills Required:
