About The Role
We are looking for a senior individual contributor to drive engineering excellence, architecture governance, platform standardization, and technical solution reviews across multiple technology teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Define and govern architecture and engineering standards.
• Lead solutioning for complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Review application architecture, APIs, integration patterns, and data flows.
• Conduct critical code reviews and identify scalability, security, and reliability risks.
• Create reusable reference architectures and engineering frameworks.
• Define standards for deployment, monitoring, observability, testing, versioning, and incident management.
• Build proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies and engineering patterns.
• Drive platform reuse and reduce duplicated engineering effort.
• Support teams in resolving critical production issues.
• Maintain architecture documentation, engineering guidelines,



and technical standards.
• Coach engineers and technical leads through design reviews and hands-on guidance. Required Experience
• 7+ years of software engineering, platform engineering, or solution architecture experience.
• Strong expertise in Python and backend application design.
• Experience designing large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, and SQL.
• Experience with Cloud Platforms, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of security, reliability, system observability, and performance optimization.
• Excellent technical communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Experience
• Experience building enterprise platforms and shared engineering capabilities.
• Experience in Insurance, BFSI, or highly regulated environments.
• Exposure to automation platforms, knowledge systems, search technologies, and large-scale data processing.
