Role Description The Operation & Marketing Intern will support day-to-day activities in operations and marketing for PANHA’s on-site team in Rohini. Responsibilities include assisting in managing peer-support workflows, coordinating with Buddies and Psychologists, and helping streamline processes for sessions and community engagement. The intern will support marketing campaigns, manage social media content, assist with outreach to educational institutions and organizations, and help track campaign performance.



Additional tasks may include collecting and analyzing user feedback, preparing basic reports, coordinating small projects or events, and collaborating with the team to maintain a supportive, efficient, and user-centered environment. This is an internship role designed to provide hands-on experience in both operations and marketing within a mental health support organization. Qualifications

• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with team members, partners, and community members in a clear, empathetic, and professional manner.
