- 35K Department: Human Resources Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive – Recruiter with strong experience in recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of vacancies across departments.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and manufacturing positions.
• Source candidates through job portals such as Indeed, Job Hai, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and department heads.
• Recruit candidates for factory, production, design, sales, and corporate roles.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily hiring reports.
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding interviews,



offers, and joining dates.
• Coordinate salary discussions, offer releases, and joining formalities.
• Conduct reference checks and coordinate background verification (BGV).
• Maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future manpower requirements.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions and maintain recruitment records. Required Skills
• Solid knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience hiring for manufacturing companies is highly preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and candidate-handling skills.
• Proficiency in job portals, MS Excel, and recruitment trackers.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills. Eligibility Criteria
• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR recruitment.
