About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR/BDR) to join our growing sales team at Xeno. In this role, you'll own outbound demand generation, identify and research high-potential enterprise accounts, engage with key decision-makers, and build meaningful relationships to generate qualified sales opportunities. You'll play a key role in building a strong sales pipeline through strategic account research, personalized multichannel outreach, and effective prospect qualification. We're looking for someone who brings strong communication skills, a relationship-building mindset, a data-driven approach,



and the ownership required to drive outbound sales outcomes.

What you'll do
- Run outbound to enterprise retail and F&B; brands by phone, email and LinkedIn
- Research target accounts and map multiple stakeholders: CMOs, CRM heads, digital leads
- Qualify prospects on need, budget and timing before handing them to AEs
- Book [X] qualified meetings a month and track everything in our CRM
- Work with AEs and marketing on target accounts and messaging You'll fit if you have
- 3–5 years in SDR/BDR roles at an enterprise SaaS company, with a track record of hitting quota
- Cold calling you're comfortable with, including handling objections
- Experience selling into large accounts with several decision-makers
- Clear, persuasive writing, because your emails get replies Growth Prospect This role offers the opportunity to grow into a Lead SDR or Account Executive (AE) position over the next 2–3 years.
