We are looking for a Senior SEO Analyst with 7+ years of experience who can independently manage SEO strategies, lead complex projects, drive organic growth, and provide strategic recommendations across multiple industries. Role Overview The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in technical SEO, content optimisation, keyword strategy, link building, analytics, and SEO performance management. This role requires someone who can take ownership of SEO campaigns, identify growth opportunities, solve complex SEO challenges, and work closely with content, development, and marketing teams to achieve measurable organic growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies for multiple websites and industries.
• Perform advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and market opportunity analysis.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations.
• Optimise website architecture, internal linking, crawlability, indexing, and site performance.
• Manage on-page SEO activities including content optimisation, metadata, schema implementation, and user intent optimisation.
• Develop SEO strategies aligned with AI search, GEO, AEO, and changing search behaviour.
• Analyse organic performance using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and similar platforms.
• Identify ranking opportunities and improve organic traffic, visibility, and conversions.
• Create SEO roadmaps, monthly strategies, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with content writers, developers,



and digital marketing teams for implementation.
• Monitor algorithm updates and implement necessary SEO improvements.
• Guide junior SEO team members and ensure best practices are followed. Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in SEO with proven experience managing organic growth campaigns.
• Solid understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and content strategy.
• Experience handling enterprise websites and multiple SEO projects.
• Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, keyword research tools, and SEO analytics platforms.
• Experience with SEO audits, migrations, indexing issues, penalties, and ranking recovery.
• Strong understanding of search intent, topical authority, internal linking, and content optimisation.
• Ability to analyse data and convert insights into actionable SEO strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Experience
• Experience working with healthcare, SaaS, B2B, technology, or competitive industries.
• Understanding of AI search optimisation, GEO, AEO, and entity-based SEO.
• Experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Looker Studio, and other SEO platforms.
