Ltd. is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant with a strong background in the Jewellery / Diamond industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally, Jewellery ERP, Jewellery Stock Accounting, Inventory Reconciliation, and day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime / ERP (Diamtrade preferred).
• Maintain and reconcile jewellery stock records, including inward, outward, and inventory movements.
• Perform stock verification and stock-account reconciliation.
• Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
• Prepare and reconcile vendor and customer ledgers.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of gold, diamond, and jewellery inventory transactions.
• Handle GST-related accounting entries and documentation.
• Prepare MIS reports, outstanding reports, and stock reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments for inventory and accounting data.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial and inventory records.
• Assist in month-end and year-end accounting closures. Candidate Profile

• Robust experience in Tally Prime / ERP (Diamtrade preferred)
• Hands-on experience in Jewellery Stock Accounting and Inventory Reconciliation
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and banking transactions
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality Preferred Experience
• Exposure to the Diamond Industry, preferably BDB or SEEPZ
• Knowledge of ERP software ( Diamtrade ERP preferred)
