Role Description The BIM Trainer will deliver structured, classroom-based and lab-based training sessions on Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and methodologies to students and working professionals. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad includes preparing lesson plans, developing training materials, and providing hands-on demonstrations using industry-standard BIM software. The trainer will assess participant performance through assignments and projects, offer constructive feedback, and support learners in building portfolios aligned with industry expectations. The role also involves staying current with BIM trends and standards, collaborating with the academic team to refine curricula, and contributing to workshops, seminars,



and placement-oriented programs. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong BIM software skills (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360 or equivalent tools) and a solid understanding of 3D modeling and coordination workflows.
• Candidates should possess applied knowledge of architecture, civil or structural engineering, construction workflows, and building lifecycle concepts relevant to BIM implementation.
• Candidates should possess training and facilitation skills, including lesson planning, classroom management, and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and practical manner.
• Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to provide feedback, support diverse learners, and collaborate with academic and placement teams.
• Candidates should possess basic digital literacy for creating training content, managing course documentation, and using learning management or collaboration platforms.
• A bachelor’s degree or diploma in architecture, civil engineering, structural engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in BIM training or industry BIM roles.
• Experience designing project-based learning, familiarity with industry standards (such as ISO BIM standards), and a commitment to continuous skill development will be considered an advantage.
