Technical Sales – HVAC (Heat Pumps)

Key Responsibilities
•Promote and sell heat pump and HVAC products to potential customers across the assigned market. •Generate leads through cold calling, online research, networking, industry events, and market visits. •Conduct market research to identify customer requirements, competitor activities, pricing, and new business opportunities. •Visit customer sites to understand technical requirements and recommend suitable product solutions. •Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, HVAC contractors, MEP consultants, and end customers. •Prepare quotations, presentations, and proposals; follow up on enquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and convert leads into sales. •Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market information. Prepare regular MIS reports.



•Coordinate with internal technical and service teams to address customer requirements and ensure effective support. •Achieve sales targets, manage multiple opportunities, and work effectively under pressure. •Travel locally and regionally for customer meetings, site visits, and business development activities. Required Skills & Qualifications •2–5 years of experience in technical sales of HVAC products, preferably heat pumps. Experience with chillers, boilers, water heaters, or thermal equipment is also relevant. •Good understanding of HVAC systems, product applications, and customer requirements. •Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi. •Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; CRM knowledge is an added advantage. •Solid lead generation, relationship management, and target achievement skills. Education Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Relevant technical qualifications with suitable sales experience will also be considered.
