We are looking for experienced, self-motivated travel professionals who can generate leads, convert enquiries into bookings, and build long-term client relationships. Job OverviewWe are looking for experienced Travel Freelancers based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, who have a background in the travel industry and a strong understanding of travel sales, holiday packages, and customer handling. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity. There is no fixed salary or monthly retainer. Earnings will depend entirely on successful bookings and the applicable commission structure. Important: This prospect is exclusively for candidates based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, with prior experience in the travel industry. Only travel industry-experienced candidates should apply. Roles and ResponsibilitiesTravel Sales and Business Development
• Generate recent business opportunities through personal networks, referrals, and other relevant channels.
• Promote domestic and international holiday packages, hotel bookings, flight bookings, and other travel services offered through EaseMyBooking.
• Convert qualified enquiries into confirmed bookings and contribute to business growth. Client Consultation and Requirement Analysis
• Understand customers’ travel preferences, budgets, destinations, and itinerary requirements.
• Recommend suitable travel packages, destinations, hotels, and travel solutions.
• Provide professional guidance throughout the customer’s booking journey. Travel Planning and Itinerary Preparation




• Prepare customised travel itineraries and package proposals based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant suppliers, hotels, transport providers, and other travel partners for quotations and availability.
• Present suitable travel options and follow up with customers to close bookings. Enquiry Management and Follow-Ups
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Handle customer queries, negotiate within approved pricing guidelines, and support booking conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and confirmed bookings. Booking Coordination and Customer Support
• Coordinate booking confirmations, payments, vouchers, and necessary travel documentation.
• Communicate booking updates and assist customers with travel-related queries.
• Coordinate with the relevant internal team and suppliers to ensure a smooth customer experience. Relationship Building
• Develop long-term relationships with individual travellers, families, corporate clients, and other potential customers.
• Identify repeat-business opportunities and generate referrals.
• Represent EaseMyBooking professionally while dealing with customers and travel partners. Eligibility Criteria

Location:
Must be based in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Experience:
Prior professional experience in the travel and tourism industry is mandatory.
• Candidates with experience in travel sales, holiday packages, travel consultancy, tour operations, or travel agency business are encouraged to apply.




• Valuable communication, negotiation, customer-handling, and sales skills.
• Knowledge of domestic and/or international destinations, travel itineraries, and booking processes.
• Ability to generate leads, manage customer relationships, and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently. Freshers and candidates without prior travel industry experience are not eligible for this opportunity. Compensation and Commission Structure
• This is a purely commission-based freelance opportunity.
• There is no fixed salary, monthly salary, or guaranteed income.
• Commission will be earned on eligible bookings as per the agreed commission structure.
• Earning potential will depend on sales performance, successful booking conversions, and business generated.
