Experience:
7 + Years We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to support enterprise IT business systems and a Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation project. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing, with a focus on ERP systems and data validation. ?
Key Responsibilities
• Perform functional, integration, regression, system and end-to-end testing for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;).
• Design, develop and execute test plans, test cases, test scenarios and reusable test data.
• Validate ERP business processes, integrations, data flows and system functionality.
• Test ETL jobs, Enterprise Data Warehouse solutions and BI reports using Power BI and Cognos.
• Write and execute complex SQL queries for backend data validation and data integrity checks.
• Validate ETL and BI testing outcomes and identify data inconsistencies.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks for regression testing using Selenium, Provar or UFT.
• Manage defects, conduct retesting, prepare test reports and support release readiness reviews.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers and onshore/offshore teams to ensure quality delivery. ? Required Skills
• Strong QA experience in functional, integration, regression and E2E testing.
• Experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) and ERP business processes.
• Strong SQL skills for backend and data validation.
• Exposure to ETL testing, data warehouses and BI reporting tools such as Power BI and Cognos.
• Knowledge of test automation tools such as Selenium, Provar or UFT.
• Experience with Azure and enterprise application integrations is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and defect management skills. ? Good to Have
• Experience with OpenAir PSA (Professional Services Automation).
• Exposure to SAP Concur.
• Experience in ERP implementation projects and enterprise data migration testing.
