Job Summary Job Summary: Responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, project billing documents, and quantity calculations. The candidate should have a 10+ years of exp in handling billing & estimation of commercial & corporate high end premium projects in the interior fit-out industry with valuable understanding of construction drawings, material specifications, and project costing to ensure accurate estimation and timely billing for the clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations based on architectural, structural, and interior drawings.
• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for civil, interior, and finishing works.
• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and calculate material and labour requirements.
• Prepare client bills, running account (RA) bills, and final bills as per project progress.
• Verify subcontractor bills, vendor invoices, and measurement sheets.
• Prepare rate analysis for materials, labour, and various construction activities.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and accounts teams for billing and cost-related requirements.
• Review work orders, purchase orders, and client contracts to ensure accurate billing.
• Track project costs, variations, extra items, and deviations from the approved BOQ.
• Maintain estimation, billing, and project cost records.




• Assist in tender preparation and commercial documentation, as required. Required Skills & Software Knowledge
• Good knowledge of quantity surveying, estimation, BOQ preparation, and construction billing.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil, and interior design drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for quantity calculations, costing, and billing reports.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD for reading drawings and quantity take-offs.
• Knowledge of billing procedures, rate analysis, and construction materials.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines. Educational Qualification Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant construction-related discipline. Experience 10+ years in handling billing & estimation of commercial & corporate high end premium projects for the clients in the interior fit-out industry is preferred. Preferred Candidate Profile
