Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Domestic Flight Ticketing Executive based in Hyderabad. The Domestic Flight Ticketing Executive will handle domestic flight reservations, issue and modify tickets, and manage booking inquiries through various channels. The role involves providing accurate fare information, checking flight schedules and seat availability, and ensuring compliance with airline rules and policies. The executive will assist customers with itinerary planning, resolve booking-related issues, process cancellations and refunds,



and maintain organized records of all transactions. Collaboration with the sales and customer service teams to support smooth operations and a positive customer experience is expected. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess knowledge in booking tickets on GDS Galileo & LCC carriers operating in India (Air India, Indigo, Spicejet, Akasa Air, Fly91, StarAir, Allianz Air & Air India Express)
• Candidates should have the knowledge in handling indian clients from enquiry stage to issuance of ticket to boarding pass generation to finally giving quotation details to accounts.
• Candidates should have minimum 5 years of experience in the Domestic Airline Ticketing department.
• Candidates should have experience in handling FIT clients and HNI clients.
• Candidates are required for "Work from office" job only (NOT REMOTE JOB)
• Candidates should be based out of Hyderabad only.
