We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Logistics Engineer with strong analytical and coordination capabilities. In this role, you will bridge customer demands, sales planning, supply chain, and production logistics to ensure seamless dispatch and operational efficiency within an automotive manufacturing workplace.

Key Responsibilities
• Sales & Production Planning (PPC):
• Align customer purchase orders and demand forecasts with internal production planning and inventory availability.
• Coordinate daily production dispatch plans to meet delivery schedules without operational bottlenecks.
• Logistics & Dispatch Operations:
• Oversee outbound logistics, inventory tracking, and warehouse dispatch planning.
• Monitor stock levels, perform inventory variance analysis, and manage safety stock parameters.
• Customer Coordination & Relationship Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer coordination regarding delivery schedules, order status, and dispatch tracking.
• Address customer escalations and logistics queries promptly to maintain high service levels.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and logistics dashboards, performance metrics, and inventory reports using MS Excel and SAP.

E. / B.
Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

Experience:
3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Sales Planning, Production Planning & Control (PPC), Supply Chain Management, Customer Coordination, or Logistics within a manufacturing setup.
• Gender Preference: Male candidate (due to shopfloor and dispatch coordination requirements).
• Industry Background: Automotive, Auto Components, or Tier-1 / Tier-2 Automotive Manufacturing Suppliers. Technical & Functional Skills
• Software & Systems: Hands-on experience with SAP (SD / MM / PP modules) and MS Office (Advanced Excel & PowerPoint).
• Data Capabilities: Proficiency in Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and COUNTIFS.
