Role: Business Marketing Designation: Associate Marketing Manager Job summary The marketing manager will be a part of HCLTech’s Engineering and R&D;(ERS) business unit marketing team. The candidate responsible for execution of marketing activations to drive brand awareness and demand-generation for ERS capabilities and solutions within the industry. Working closely with the business, sales and global marketing teams, this role will design and deliver targeted marketing programs, ABM initiatives and go-to-market campaigns that strengthen HCLTech’s position in market and generate measurable business impact This is a fast-paced and hands-on marketing role — ideal for someone who combines a strong passion for marketing with the ability to translate business priorities into actionable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Marketing Alignment
• Collaborate with different marketing teams within the marketing org to leverage enterprise campaigns and tailor them for the target audience
• Campaign Management and Content Activation
• Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns — blending digital, content and events to drive realization of objectives identified.




• Partner with content and industry marketing teams to develop thought leadership and sales enablement content for ERS capabilities and solutions
• Coordinate participation in events, webinars and roundtables
• Stakeholder Management and Communication
• Ability to track, assess and report regular updates on marketing impact delivered to key leaders and stakeholders
• Drive seamless coordination with key marketing functions — digital, brand, communications and others
• Measurement and Optimization
• Utilize AI platforms to deliver content velocity, research, storytelling and experimentation Leverage insights to continuously improve program effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction. Skill requirements
• 2-8 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in IT services or technology sectors
• MBA with a majors in marketing
• Experience in or familiarity with the Engineering services is preferred.
• Proven experience in executing digital campaigns, content creation, event execution, proficiency for innovation
• Strong communication, coordination and execution skills with a data-driven mindset Other requirements
• Graduation in engineering is preferred
• Basic marketing certifications are a valuable a have
• Location will be flexible : Noida / Pune / Bengaluru
