Role Description The Senior SEO Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for leading and executing advanced SEO strategies for a portfolio of clients. This role includes BFSI backgroud performing in-depth keyword research, optimizing website architecture and content for on-page SEO, and developing sustainable link-building campaigns aligned with search engine guidelines. The Senior SEO Analyst will analyze web analytics data to identify performance trends, prepare actionable insights, and generate regular reports for internal teams and clients. Daily activities also involve collaborating with account managers and content, design, and development teams to integrate SEO best practices into broader marketing campaigns and client roadmaps. The role requires staying up to date with search engine algorithm changes,



industry tools, and competitive landscapes to continuously refine strategies and drive organic growth. If Candidate holds Experience in BFSI Sector it's a plus. Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO, including intent analysis, content optimization, and technical on-page elements (meta tags, headers, internal linking).
• Proven experience in BFSI Sector, Link Building strategies, outreach, and authority-building techniques that comply with search engine quality guidelines.
• Hands-on proficiency with Web Analytics, using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms to monitor performance and inform strategy.
• Solid foundation in Marketing principles, especially performance marketing, with the ability to align SEO initiatives to broader campaign objectives and ROI goals.
• 5+ years of experience in SEO roles, preferably in an agency or multi-client environment, with a track record of delivering organic growth for diverse industries.
• Advanced knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar) and familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Shopify.
• Understanding of basic HTML/CSS and technical SEO concepts (site speed, mobile optimization, crawlability, indexation, structured data) is highly beneficial.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in clear, actionable terms to stakeholders.
