Key Responsibilities
• Business Process Mapping: Map and document As-Is and To-Be business processes, identify inefficiencies and risks, and recommend automation opportunities.
• Workflow Automation: Design, develop, and implement workflows using platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• API & Systems Integration: Integrate business applications using APIs, webhooks, and automated data flows.
• AI-Powered Solutions: Apply LLMs, AI agents, and document processing technologies to automate repetitive tasks and support decision-making.
• Work Management Systems: Implement and configure ClickUp workspaces, task workflows, automations, dashboards, and reporting.
• IT Security & Compliance: Ensure data protection, appropriate access controls, secure integrations, and adherence to group IT policies.
• Business–IT Collaboration: Translate business requirements into practical technology solutions and coordinate with business and IT stakeholders.
• User Training & Development: Train employees, improve IT literacy, and support the adoption of digital tools and automated workflows.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor, troubleshoot,



and optimise implemented systems and automations for efficiency, reliability, and scalability. Required Qualifications & Skills
•
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in process mapping, systems implementation, workflow automation, or digital transformation.
• Hands-on experience with n8n or similar platforms such as Make or Zapier.
• Practical experience with APIs, webhooks, and systems integration.
• Working knowledge of AI tools, LLMs, AI agents, and business automation applications.
• Experience with ClickUp or similar work management platforms.
• Understanding of data security, access management, process risks, and IT governance.
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Willingness to train users and improve organisational IT capabilities.
