We are looking for a hands-on Finance Head to own the complete finance and commercial function while leading a small team. This role suits a finance qualified in the mid stage of their career who enjoys getting into the details and growing with the business, rather than managing only from the top. Key Responsibilities
Finance, Accounting & Costing
· Manage the complete accounting cycle
- ledgers, reconciliations, and month/year-end closing.
· Prepare monthly MIS, financial statements, and management reports (including for the parent company).
· Manage budgets, cash flow, working capital, and capex tracking. Inventory & Commercial Operations
· Handle procurement/purchase documentation, vendor management, invoicing, and contracts.
· Liaise with banks, customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and CHAs. Import & Export / Foreign Transactions




· Manage import of components/machinery and export documentation (LC, Bills of Lading, Bills of Entry, shipping docs).
· Handle foreign remittances, coordinate with banks (AD code, FIRC, BRC, EDPMS/IDPMS), and support intercompany transactions with RHEWUM GmbH.
· Ensure compliance with FEMA, RBI, DGFT, and customs regulations; manage applicable export incentives. Candidate Profile
· 6-12 years of relevant experience in finance, accounts, costing, and commercial operations, preferably in a manufacturing company engaged in international trade.
· Hands-on experience with product costing, inventory control, and import/export transactions is essential.
· Strong working knowledge of ERP/accounting software (SAP / Tally / equivalent) and advanced MS Excel.
· Sound understanding of Indian taxation and FEMA/RBI/DGFT regulations.
